What does pre-order mean?

Pre-ordering means reserving your tree before the holiday season begins. This ensures your order is secured in advance.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut, and to France.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your account.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, please email us at info@maisonnevra.com, and we will do our best to help you. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery or before December 25th, whichever comes first, for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Sale items are final sale.
